History
Our founder, Wayne Moses Burke, dreamt up this crazy idea of how to apply social media technologies to the difficulties of communicating with Capitol Hill while job hunting in DC in April 2008. After receiving positive response from normally poker-faced Hill staffers and jaded lobbyists, he went on to discover that no one was already working on it. Consequently, he jumped at the opportunity, and the Open Forum Foundation was born. Read more »
