That’s right, we just entered public beta.

That means you’ll probably find a glitch or two in it, and that’s the point – because we can’t solve them if we don’t what they are.

What is GovLuv, you may ask? As the fancy ad copy says:

“GovLuv is a website that connects government representatives and citizens through Twitter. It illuminates the existing conversations and encourages a more productive two-way dialog. It is a project of Act.ly and the Open Forum Foundation, and is freely available as a public service.”

Hello all! Our work at the Open Forum Foundation continues unabated, and the time to raise funds is upon us. We have made significant progress in the last month, including becoming an official organization and drawing very close to formalizing several partnership agreements with organizations that are equally excited about seeing Project One come to fruition.

Well, the time has finally come for the second Open Forum Foundation newsletter. A lot has happened since the last one. Since my background is in the realm of business development, I sometimes feel as though I am stuck in some form of continental creep, people that I meet that are more familiar with the nonprofit world are quite impressed with the speed at which things are coming together.

Cool, huh? The first newsletter of the Open Forum Foundation and you’re one of the few who are receiving it (yes, there are five of you) – early adopters! Not to be concerned – the Facebook group is doing really well – 83 members after only a few days in existence and it continues to grow.
